Photographys Second Look

 

Being able to use a computer program to implement a 3D representation of a large installation space. The experience would be taken to a virtual level allowing for many people to experience the installation versus a small amount of people that actually go to an Art Museum. Being able to click onto different aspect of an online tutorial of a art work would create more of an interaction between that of the viewer, and the piece of art presented in front of you. Taking the idea of virtual projections and involving a 3D image created from that could create a new way to experience art. In the video below it shows the brain from an MRI scan that is trasformed into a 3D image display. This concept within this video could be taken and used to provide art viewers a more hands on simplified way to experience the art that they are looking at. It could take a room sized instilation and provide a small representation of the art in a 3D way.
